SP 1744 is a 1901 Baldwin Mogul (2-6-0) steam locomotive, built as a Vauclain-compound, saturated, coal burner, and rebuilt in two phases in 1912 and 1914 to a simple, superheated, oil-burner. Ozark Mountain Railcar was not the owner, but the second broker that the owner used to try to sell it (after D. F. Barnhardt was unable to do so). The previous owner was the New Orleans & Gulf Coast or one of its corporate relatives; I rode behind it in its previous duty of pulling the Big Easy Steam Train from Belle Chasse, LA in 2000-2001. Prior to that it had pulled the Tarantula Train in Texas. It was sold to an outfit in Colorado, the name of which escapes me at the moment. You can find some recent pictures of it, operating in Colorado, on RailPictures.net, although I don't think they're under SP 1744 (run a search for 2-6-0's in Colorado, order by most recent first).
