 Anyone got the latest news on this tourist railroad?  Who owns it? What is the future anyone know

  The state has funded a transfer of the RR to a regional authority set up by the cities of Rusk and Palestine, and has authorized $12 million for the authority to spend in rehabilitation etc.  It looks like the cities will contract with American Heritage Railways to take over running the RR for 2008.
