I'd be tempted to advocate for it staying as "NKP190" (under the wrap job) just out of respect for Doyle, who made it happen when no one else did.

While I hope it stays for a while in its present paint scheme in honor of the loco's savior, I still hope someday to see it in its iconic original Santa Fe warbonnet paint.

An Alco PA going to "Alco Heaven!" Perfect! Doyle's not getting any younger (none of us are) so the PA going to Scranton and the D-L makes perfect sense.
If there's a clause in the sale agreement that it stays in the NKP scheme for a time that's fine, but once that time's up do 'er in the D&H "Bluebonnet" scheme! Honestly I like the D&H "Bonnet" scheme more than the Santa Fe's version!

New owner Genesee Valley Transportation will finish the operating restoration before she becomes an excursion star in the region and the story says that Doyle McCormack will be at the throttle for her first mainline movement after restoration under her own power.

News broke this morning on RyPN. Apparently this will ensure long-term inside and climate-controlled storage, as well as 'succession management' for the locomotive.
The area is interesting for the number of railroads that ran PAs: EL, LV, and D&H come to mind, and while the ex-D&H line proposed for excursions is not one that saw regular D&H PA service... it's a good excuse to start having the appropriate wrap designed and printed.
People were expecting the usual 'dieseltown' carps -- but an operating PA, even with different engine, is something that would induce me to go to Steamtown even if 3713 were not an added attraction.
