It's the Richmond Railroad Museum, housed in a wonderfully restored 1915 Southern Railway Station. Easy to find and with plenty of parking, it's got some great artifacts on display, a well-stocked gift shop, AND a marvelous HO layout featuring Richmond landmarks.
