It's datelined the 15th.  Today is the 15th.  Not sure what Internet definition of 'old news' could possibly qualify here...

The first steaming is old news here.  But this Newswire piece is not about that, it only mentions it as a lead-in to the open house... which will not even BE news until the 30th.
