Milw C2 2-8-0

What size tender was used on Milwaukee roads C2 2-8-0s in photos it look about the lenght of a USRA short tender. Any info would help.

Hi, I don't know about the length, but the tender capacity is listed at 10 tons coal, 7,000 gal of water. Hope this helps.

These engines were built long before the USRA series.

yes I know they were build around 1909/10 I am just trying to get close with this. I have a USRA medium tender but the photos seem to have a shorter tender,however all the photos I have seen are at a angle and not a straight side view.

The C2 and C5 engines had rather short tenders. The Bachmann 'Russian' 2-10-0 tender might be close. Many of these tenders had the coal area cut down to 'clear vision' profile for switching service.
