Timeless, wondrous, glorious!  Gotta love the New Hope and Ivyland!  And how about that classic "witches hat"  depot?   Thanks so much for posting!

Very nice touch with the camera, Mitch.  Excellent photos.

Thanks Mitch,

I lived in Hopewell Township, NJ for several years and made my pilgrimages to the New Hope and Ivyland.  Your pictures make me think it is time for another one.

Who needs a Steam Fix?

On the East Coast, past the Holidays and into the new year, the New Hope and Ivyland Railroad was one of the last places in the US to get that final fix running it's steam excursions the first two weekends of 2013, including one extra special weekend of "Polar Express" runs into the night.

Here are photos from Januray 5th, 2013 on a beautiful sunny day - AND NIGHT!

Enjoy!
