I was checking this page of steam excursions scheduled in 1994 http://www.steamcentral.com/archive/dates1994.html it says that 2472 and 4449 were going to Colorado via the Rio Grande, but that got canceled. Does anyone know why the planned SP 2472 trip to Colorado was canceled? That would have been a great excursion if it had happened.
