 Assuming that this is indeed the original and not, say, a coach with the name "Capitol Heights" added to it at a later point:

Online resources indicate that this car was built by Pullman for AT&SF service as a 10-section/observation car.  It was sold to a private owner sometime before the mid-1960's. Exactly who owns it now, I don't know.  Pullman usually owned the cars; thus there would be no actual AT&SF number.

Anyone familar with the history of the old heavyweight coach "Capitol Heights" that is currently located at Stone Mountain Park GA? What was it's SantaFe number?
