There is also a Chinese 2-8-2 (#8419) at the Boone & Scenic Valley.

Since we are talking Chinese Steam in the US don't forget about the 2-8-2 (#142) owned and operated by the NYSWTHS here in NJ.

Does Iowa Interstate still own and run these two steamers because I seen RJ has one also.

I am not sure of the ownership, but there are three of the 2-10-2's built in China in our country that I am aware of.   One is at the RJ as you stated and the other two are in Iowa.

This information about the three locomotives thanks to steam locomotive search.

The 6988 & 7081 are stored in Newton, Iowa. R.J. Corman has bought and tested QJ No. 7040 (now No. 2008),
