Looking for the exact original 1868 UPRR grade maps, anyone can help?

Gentlemen,

I have a thread running in the general forum that gives more details so I wont repeat it here.  I am looking to preserve the original 1868 UPRR grade in wyoming, but to do so I need to know where it is and what it looks like.

Do you have any links or maps or advice on how I can figure out where the exact original grade is?  I can go on the land and walk around and have high resolution air photos of the region.  I just don't know what to look for and how to sort out which of the realignments is the original 1868 version.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
