Reading and Northern 4-6-2 #425 ran a test excursion from Port Clinton to Hickory Run State Park and back Saturday and Sunday May 10-11. Here she is taking a rest in Jim Thorpe at the local supermarket. The stop was made so supplies could be bought for the passengers staying on the train overnight.

I believe it came from Amtrak, but I am not 100% sure. I will try to find out and post a reply here. I know he has had it for quite some time now though.

Nice link! She really looks nice without that white cab I saw on the last photo of her. I have to differ from the majority as I like the high headlight better. The 425 is GRAND no matter what they do to her though.
