Don't forget to donate!  The more donations, the faster it all can get done.

Frisco 1630 has a VERY good chance to be running this year. She should be running by July 4th weekend at the latest. The #5 driving weels are being re-tired and the bearings replaced. Those are the only major projects and are probaly getting sent out to the Tennessee Valley RR. A few of the grates are being replaced and she might get a new paint job. So 1630 has a very high chance of running this year.

Last I heard from IRM was that they have found more problems with 1630 and it will most likely not run this year, but probably by 2009 it should.

In IRM's steam shop.  I think I heard that the hope to get her steamed up by the middle of this summer.
