On a hunch, I just wandered over to the 261 website, to see if the flooding around south central Wisconsin has affected the steam trips around the Dells scheduled for June 21st. They have:

The Canadian Pacific Railway has regretfully informed us that due to the unprecedented flooding in the Wisconsin Dells and Portage areas that it will not be possible to operate our trips on June 18,20,21,22,and 24. At this time the track in the Portage area remains under water and it is doubtful that the railroad can be safely reopened prior to our scheduled excursions. As a result we are rescheduling the excursions as follows Mpls to Milw Aug. 13Milwaukee Sturtevant Dinner Train Aug. 15Milwaukee Dells New Lisbon Aug 16 and Aug 17Milwaukee to Mpls Aug 19Your current tickets will be honored on the corresponding rescheduled trips. We are sorry for any inconvenience this postponement may have caused you. Unfortunately extreme weather events such as we are experiencing are beyond our control. Thanks for understanding
Not surprising, considering the horrible conditions up there right now. It's raining again, and no one's sure that some of the overtaxed dams will hold this time.
