There should be a map of all of the Central Illinois hot spots, Such as Tuscola. On the 3 lines (all owned by a different company) that go through there, I saw 40 trains in an afternoon!

Or other places such as Tolono, Bement, Gibson City, Decatur, etc. that are busy.

Been wanting to get upp to Tuscola, but haven't made it yet.  Effingham isn't to bad for watching trains during the week. CSX and IC tracks cross there at the old PRR/IC station. I do some in Mattoon is ok some days.  Haven't had much luck bown in Robinson yet on the INRR.

I do a lot of mine here at home [Martinsville] along the old Vandalia line [CSX] that runs out back.
