If I was going to Delaware, I would go to the CSX mainline west of Wilmington.
At this place it is 400 yards north of the NEC and it looks like you could get some trees or shrubs for backdrops instead of buildings. The roof of that square building would be perfect.

Are there any good railfan locations in Delaware? Anywhere in the state will do but I am particularly interested in northern DE (above the C&D Canal).
