Everything is there needed for you to run. If you don't have DCC system you may have a problem since all quantum sound units have DCC chips installed. But the sound is great and the model itself looks good also. There are a couple extra parts that come along with it that you might want to install, but besides that it's ready.

The factory installed Quantum Sound System that are in some trains, are they all ready to go when you buy it or do you need something else added?
