Thanks for the kind invite. Provided my Surfliners is not late, I will take you up on it.

The railfanning is great on weekends in Fullerton. The station is well lit and is safe. There are a number of railfans there on friday and saturday nights.I am usually there on both of those nights.Come on down to the shelter closest to the east side of the station,on the north side of the tracks, and introduce yourself to the group. You will be very [welcome].

I am going to be in Fullerton this coming weekend but I get in late (after 8pm) on Sat and have leave before 8 am on Sun. Is there any good train watching to be had at the station at those times on the weekend or is it not worth it? Is it a safe place to wait at the station?
