By STATE Legislature decree it is in stone that Renovo, PA is the ONLY site in the Country that can BOAST the OFFICIAL Pennsylvania Railroad BRIDGE in the Country. BTW, in other local news from Renovo, there is a STILL STANDING COAL TIPPLE in Renovo built by the PRR annnnnnd there is caboose and box car display open to the public. Every year there is the RAILROAD CONVENTION held in the town to HONOR the PRR employees that once worked there. The SHOP buildings STILL stand also. FYI

Valparaiso, Indiana has a bridge over US 30 which has a PRR keystone logo formed in the concrete.
Isnt it interesting how railroads used to take huge measures to identify their property. Remember the keystone whistle posts formed in concrete?

I think VVTDEB means that the bridge is the only Pennsylvania STATE official railroad bridge. Just like K-4s #1361 is the Pennsylvania STATE official steam locomotive.

There are PRR logos on many overpasses in Indianapolis.

Leave it to the politicans to once again tell us what to enjoy and where.
Now that they made it "official" I guess we will enjoy this bridge more?
Hope no one enjoyed this spot before it was okay to do so?
Can the time be far away when the state will determine how to make a buck
off of this proclamation?
Enjoy it now, you may someday have to pay for the privilege.
