Don't go to the train / bus station. They're polite, but they don't like us to take pictures around there (homeland security)...

Yes it crosses over the tracks. It was rebuilt several years ago, and the redesign incorporated openings in the chain link fencing to make it railfan friendly!!
What happened to all the color, why is everything in black and white?

I am unfamilar with the Enola--does the Overview bridge go over the train tracks? It seems so according to the map.

On the Enola side along 11-15. are some decent spots.. The Iron Bridge at Enola, the Boat Launch at Marysville near the Rockville Bridge, along River Road between Enola and Marysville and then spots along 11-15 up around Cove toward Duncannon are good to sit and watch the action. Hello,
I am driving though Harrisburg, PA in a few weeks and was wondering if there are any good train watching spots on public property not too far from I-81 that are easy to get too (since I do not know the city), and are in a safe location.
Thanks for the help in advance.
