Moffat tunnel can be viewed on the eastern side without much hassle. You will be on railroad property but there is ample parking to look into the tunnel. This is the end that closes and houses the turbine which clears out the tunnel. The west end has very limited access. There is one spot which you can walk down to from the upper highway which will allow you to see trains exit...do not cross the tracks in this area as it is a yard and they are very strict here. Great photos can be had if you have patience.
