There is not enough volume for a 'full' Juice Train to be operated to City of Industry. When I was working, my understanding was that nominally 8 to 10 cars per origination of the Juice Train from Florida would be destined to City of Industry.
Since my retirement and the implemtention of PSR on CSX even the Juice Train is not operating as a train on its own - it is being hauled on particular trains of the CSX merhandise train network.

You're not going to get those answers here. I suggest that you look for Facebook groups in those geographic areas and ask them. I've gotten most current information from FB groups dedicated to the railroads and areas that I'm interested in.
