I rode the line 3 times before, but I am glad to see things I missed.  I noticed you seem to be riding a southbound train, but the locations are presented progressivly northward.

It looks like a lot of that area hasn't changed too much since Roger's Rangers were on the prowl in those woods.

By the way, any of you folks ever been to Fort Ticonderoga?  I was there 34 years ago.

Yes, we've been to Fort Ti, actually that first shot of the southbound freight and the northbound Amtrak were taken from the fort with a zoom lens (and no tripod Whistling). I was there with my railfan friend for national history day, who was the one who said "they're cruisin' ". I thought I would leave that in there and see if he ever watches far enough to notice... Wink
