Next month I'm going to have 2-3 hours I can get some Northeast Corridor photos between Wilmington, DE and maybe around Elkton or Northeast, MD... can anyone recommend a site I can photograph from (legally!)
You might try Havre De Grace, MD adjacent to the NEC bridge over the Susquehanna River. Happy hunting.
Newark DE train station is a good place. Also, Perryville, MD.
