Thanks NJMike. That frequency helps me a lot, although I need to understand some terms (besides understanding English, my mother tongue is Thai.)
Do you also know NJ Transit frequency particularly assigned for (if any) Pascack Valley Line that run between Hoboken and Spring Valley, NY? I used to have one also MTA Harlem and Hudson Line and lost them all. Many Thanks in advance!

Is there anyone can help tell me frequencies I can listen to the trains passing through the River Line? I am going train spotting at Bear Mountain area. Thanks.
