I'm thinking of visiting Flatonia, TX soon but I have some questions about the operations there. How many trains do UP and KCS operate through there and what types of traffic are operated through this community? Are there any locals that set out cars in Flatonia? If there are any, where do they originate and terminate? I know they have the rail park there with the old Tower 3 but if anyone has ever visited the location, do you have any other comments about the rail park or other photo locations that surround the junction? Thanks!
