train watching in Florida

I will be vacationing in Florida at the end of July, I am interested if anyone knows some places to go railfan, in and arond the Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale area. I know last year saw a lot of commuter trains, only saw one regular frieght. Any tips or hints would be appreciated.
