Does anyone know about this particular engine, ie when it was built, by whom, and where on the SF system it served? I have an HO model of this engine (I think for some reason it was a rather popular model, since I've seen several photos and ads of it, including in the article on model railroads in the 1990 World Book Encyclopedia. (Yeah, we still have that edition at our home, but we've been getting the annual updates ever since.)

This engine is part of an order for 50 units 3400-3449,built by Baldwin 1919-1924.Engines were retired 1950-1954.I have no idea where these engines served at.
