Forgot to ask but what kind of power does BNSF use up at the front point on trains on this line?

Maybe someone here can tell me but how often does BNSF serve the Grand Forks, B.C. area? Where companies gets served along this rail line? I believe BNSF comes up from Kettle Falls, Idaho. They used to head up to Nelson through Salmo but pulled out of Nelson circa 1989 and Salmo about 2003 or 2004 if what I hear is correct.
