CSX'S cooperative attitude w/ respect to The Commuter RR VRE, and NS's recent decision to allow commuter trains on it's Atlanta-Macon route?I'm glad to see a more cooperative spirit w/the local,state and federal agencies. I find these historically improbable developments interesting and can only scratch my head and wonder why this took so long.I guess it takes a lot of time to penetrate those corporate minds which are comprised of 139# steel.Well, at least they are beginning to listen to someone- Wall Street!
