After a scan of The Business Plan, it would appear unlikely that any investors are going to step up and put some money down.  There's enough mention of the romance of steam, as opposed to diesels and MU cars, to scare off anybody who isn't involved in our hobby.
The daily commute is part of everyday life but I get two rides a day out of it. Paul

If anything one has to laud our British compatriates for pushing these projects ahead..if anyone is familar with David Wardale's work in South Africa aka The Red Devil, or in China...here's one fellow, if anyone, who can pull this off. My best wishes to him...
