I really find this to be an odd question.  The answer most likely is "when weather conditions permit safe movement again".  But I suspect that you already knew that.  Any estimate as to when something will happen is only just an estimate; nobody really *knows* when something in the future is going to take place.

So perhaps what you really want is to be notified when the trains resume service to the PRB.  Or maybe you could clarify what it is that you really want.

Does anyone know when the Coal Trains will start rolling in the Power river bason again?
