CP Rail Charged

CP Rail has been charged with 5 counts under the Canadian Labour Act, in response to a death of a worker who was crushed to death by 1 tonne of ice while cleaning ice out of the Mt McDonald tunnel last December.

No details have been released and CP is not commenting.
