Funny RR Related Quotes
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, October 10, 2003 9:34 PM
Good evening folks,

I came across a couple funny rail related quotes that I thought I'd pass along. If you know any more ... post away...

The first...

"Thank goodness for model trains, for if not for them, they would hever have had the idea for the big trains..." (From the movie "A Mighty Wind.") [:D]

The second ....

"[green]Even if you're on the right track, you're going to get run over if you don't move[/green]."
Mark Twain. [;)]

The light at the end of the tunnel is another train headed your way.

here is a gandy dancers rhyme(now mow trackworker)
I'm not allowed to run the train
the whistle I can't blow
I'm not allowed to say how fast the railroad train can go
I'm not allowed to shoot off steam
nor can I ring the bell
but let the damned train jump the tack and see who catches he--.[8D]
stay safe
