I think that delivery of these locomotives is ongoing.

CN ES44 questions

I FINALLY saw a CN ES44DC this morning on a manifest at Prescott ON leading a Dash 9 and an SD40-2. Here's my question. The new special issue "locomotive" lists CN as having recieved 35 ES44's, though the order was for 50. Did CN cut it short, or is it in the process of delivery?
