The SD50AFs are 5500 to 5503, formerly 9900 to 9903. Essentially they're an SD50F carbody with the 710 prime mover and other innards of an SD60.

These units were built in 1985 and leased from GMDD, during which time they carried the 9900-series numbers as "experimental" units. In 1989 they were renumbered to match the SD60Fs being delivered and are now considered SD60Fs, CN road class GF-638a (for the four built in 1985) and GF-638b (for the 1989 order).

According to the CNcyclopedia page, all four are still on the job.
