Union Pacific/CSX Merger???

I have heard rumors that a possible merger of these two class ones could be in the making! Has anyone else heard of a possible first transcontinnal railroad???

I've heard ors there's a bridge in Brooklyn for sale?

PS: Either the CP, CN, NdeM or the Panama RR were transcontinental already, so it wouldn't be the first.
