Canadian National Makes Profits, Makes Donations, and still cuts employee medical coverage.

Candadian National is making greater profits.

Canadian National has made several large donations to Canadian Children's Hosptals in the past year.

At the same time they have made cuts in employee medical coverage in new contracts for workers in Michigan.

It does not sound reasonable to make more profits, donate money, and turn around and cut employee benfits. Taking care of the employees is the first job of all managers, not the last..When the employees are healthy, then donate to non-profit organizations.
