Ok here I am gettin conflicting results..

1760-  Lewsiton NY Incline Railroad   Niagara River to Lewiston---Cargo Transfer.

D&H Canal- Used Railroad cars to transfer coal to canal boats from the Mines

C&O canal- Same as above and claimed that George Washington was principle in oringinal corperation

B&O - Claimed First Horse drawn tramway in Boston.

Boston-  any of the Boston and Maine predesorrs claimed rights as well.

Mexico- Used railroad cars in mines dating back to 1600s..
