Need Info on "Edwards Lake to Sea Bus Company" Please?

 If I recall the Buses were supposed to feed passengers into the Pennsy railroad paassenger train system and take over from marginal branch operations..Greyhound still does this in Cleveland where Greyhound meets the Capital Limted that runs on Pennsy tracks

Edwards Lakes to Sea, was a major franchisee for Trailways until they sold their franchises off about twenty years ago. Trailways was different than Greyhound in that regard. Greyhound was a more loose grouping of wholly owned subsidiary companies, some of which were owned by the railroads they were competing with. Pennsylvania Greyhound lines, being the most prominent, and longest lived! It survived both Penn Central and Greyhound's bankruptcies and is still running today! Up in my territory, we had Edwards running busses to Cleveland, Toledo, Detroit and Chicago, from Buffalo, as well as into Pittsburgh on highway 219, with connections toWashington, albeit the long way around, and on mostly two lane roads to boot! Trailways also had Empire State Motor Lines (Western New York Motor Lines, earlier in the 50's-early60s)  up here, running east to Albany, and two ways to New York, via Albany or Binghamton. Both were cheaper than Penn Central, or Amtrak, but s.l.o.w. (14 hours via NYS Thruway, 18 hours via NY17, Buffalo To Gotham!)

  I Know that they ran in Willumsport PA but where and when? I also heard that they had a preety extensice route networkwork and had a number of there bus Stations with there logo on it...
I Caught a bus from Willuimsport PA to Harrisburg that followed the Erie railroad lines along the Susquahanna that was a nice ride..
