Uhhhhhhm. I hate to burst any possible bubble, but there are plenty of tracks running around Africa. Mostly meter gage; not too much that is larger. Problem is, there are all these people playing war around the tracks. Trains don't run much because of that.

Alco, General Electric and General Motors (Electro- Motive Division) are some of the makers.

i want to know who the manufacturers of trains are.I am trying to introduce
train service to Africa but i do not have a clue where to begin to look or who to talk to. So if any body has any suggestions, please send them my way.
