After reading about EOTs in the August issue: has Norfolk Southern changed the frequency for their EOTs? I haven't heard one on my scanner for sometime now. I had been able to hear them from my home near the Washington - Atlanta mainline, but now I don't even pick it up when I'm waiting at a crossing for the train to go by.
