That locomotive is a little south of me so I have some information about it. It is a remote switcher used by Penny Newman Milling. I believed it is a GP9. I used to work security there on Saturday nights so I was responable for watching it. I have been in the cab but there was really not much in the way of controls. But got to see a lot of high speed BNSF action though.

While travelling south on an Amtrak California San Joaquin, I took a photo of a blue GP, road number 2001 somewhere around Hanford or south of there. I cannot read the lettering on its hood--it's something like Penn??Awman. The lettering seems to be in front of something that looks like a haystack but it's hard to tell.  I have the photo and if somehow can tell me how to post it here, I will. Does anyone have more information on what railroad or what type of locomotive this might be?
