It keeps telling me that the page can't be displayed.

Hu, It worked for me. Try going to the home page

Sound like you got about the same amount as I do. I have around 50 but sience I don't have a layout right now a few are on lease to my dads layout. Most of what I have is Athern blue box with some Bachman Spectrum utits too. I got finally got rid of all my "don't count" crap so almost all of what I have is detailed and looks good. The exception being the last two SD45s I rebodyed with proper width shells, they were not done the last time they got packed. Most of what I have is SP/SSW but I do have a few SF,BN and UP units. Of course they are all pre merger units.

Ya, it's mine.  My grandfather actually bought it for me when I was about 12 or so.  It's an Athearn Blue Box, and I really haven't had time to really detail it.  All I've done to it is applied window visors, and painted the grills black and the handrails blue.  I haven't had the time to focus on it.  Athearn didn't have a SD40 at the time so my engine is a SD40-2.  Now that Athearn has the SD40 in RTR, it would be nice to see them come out with this puppy.

Thats too cool. I had an SD45 in the popsicle scheme that my uncle gave me when I was about 15 but it had the overly wide carbody. Eventually I re-shelled all my SD45s with proper width shells and that body got scraped. How many locos do you have?

I just made a list the other day of all my HO engines that I have minus the ones that I feel don't count, like some old Bachmann's and Life-like's that I will only use for practicing painting on.  At the present time I have 45 with three on Pre-order.  I have BNSF, BN, SF, SP, UP, MRL, San Diego Coaster, Amtrak, EMDX, CEFX

Don't forget the "men at work" sign on the side of the cab-classic.Cool [8D]

If  you can make a model of that sign that small then you are a better modeler then I.

I thought the sign was pretty neat.  It doesn't look to be company issue, either.

Interesting, I wasn't aware of that. That's a great paint job on that model. Still needs a few details though. Is that your model?

Sorry Dale, I missed this post. Yes I took that picture in the Oakland engine faciliy in the summer of 86'.

Now Chad, correct me if I'm wrong but I heard that SP painted it back to gray and red and while leasing it to BN it was involved in a wreck.  So the 7347 no longer exists.

It looks like a cross between an SP locomotive, and a SOO line locomotive.  Don't tell me those two have also merged?Shock [:O]

Not to toot Chad's horn for him or anything but last time I checked his post rank was #1.  Heck we are also talking about trains on this thread here too.  Okay, you're right this is too much, and it might go to Chad's head.

What do you mean #1 post rank? There are many with way more posts then me.

< stops to adjust hat size >

He must have adjusted the hat too tight.  He dropped to #2.  Number 1 would have to be the Conrail poster guy, don't you think?Tongue [:P]

Ya, you're right. I just check your page and it showed that your are #2 now.  So you must be slipping.

Shock [:O]

Isn't there a leasing company with that sort of paint scheme?

So FURX owns BNSF and NS ? The Chinese must be behind this. Futuremodal is going to explode when he finds out. Maybe BNSFrailfan as well.

Here's proof, the FURX locomotive is in front                                                       http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=83251

Mabee thats why they are sending over the steamers. Must be a conspiracy.

Funny how this thread for me turned into a thread for everybody anyway.Wink [;)]
