Hopefully everyone gets a break this weekend.I don't know if CSX and NS will have a light schedule or not. Take pictures leave footprints and please

Joe the ns will have its regular schedual this weekend. if you answer your phone you will be working. the guys who mark off sick will be parting and the rest of us will be working .

I have to go to school after labor day....
I hardly see any trains during winter, trains are scarce.

Monday is one of my regular off days, but we do get to claim eight straight hours pay.
The guys who work it get 8 straight and 8 overtime.
So it sometimes pays to work the holidays.

Hey Ed, you yard rats get all the cool bennies. On the road, I get no holiday pay......Dammit! I'm too darn greedy to layoff, so I'm sure that I will get called tonite. To all of you not working tomorrow; have a cold brew for me..........Ken
