New CWR for NS in Muncie....

....I saw new CWR at the NS ROW yesterday at the Muncie {Trail}, depot location near Broadway.....This is the beginning of the large 180 degree curve that has had 3 derailments recently...{Past year or so}...

Does anyone have any info when the machinery will be scheduled to come and install it....Sure would like to see that operation as it passes....
