These are some good websites that sell railroad cars:

They have pretty good selections of railcars to choose from, so you should be able to find something. Good luck with your restaurant. If I'm ever in your area once it's complete I'd love to eat there.

There is a dining car sitting unused (for several years) by the old depot in Marietta, GA. It was used as a restaurant years ago, but has just sat there since. I heard it was owned by a local lady who had a "For Rent" sign on it not long ago. It sits on track next to the CSX mainline (actually the Western & Atlantic line during the War of Yankee Aggression), so it might not be too hard to move except that is about the busiest lin in the Southeast. Bet she'd love to sell it. Perhaps someone at City Hall could provide more info since I believe there was some agreement so that no one can move the car w/o the owner's OK. Good luck!
