This is work that has been needed for some time now to meet there existing service commitments. I doubt that this is news to DME. This will help get coal out of the basin but do nothing to get it across there systems.The demand exceedes there capacity to deliver the coal. The only thing DME is wondering is how soon they will be allowed get trains rolling.[2c] As always ENJOY

The competitive stake is being upped. Wonder what DME is thinking about now when looking at their cards?
