"SEMAPHORES AND DESERT RAILS"

Hi folks. I am trying to track down a copy of "Semaphores and Desert Rails" written by James Staggs in 1999. This book despite its recent publishing date is one difficult book to find. It tells of the memoirs of a signal maintainer with the SP during the 1940s. No book search engine has a mention of it and the publishing company has no copies of it around. So I am turning to you guys for help![:)] Does anyone know where I could find a copy of this book?
