I believe the museum at Vaughn shut down due to funding issues (Katrina). The Casey Jones Museum at Jackson, TN is still there.

On April 30, 1900, 106 years ago today, Johnathan Luther "Casey" Jones, ran his passenger train into a stopped freight train at Vaughn, Mississippi, inspiring a genre of ballad. "The Brave Engineer," page 34, Trains, April 2000.
